Odessa School Bus garage.....

I received an e-mail this morning of people riding over the newly paved parking lot for the bus garage. The new trail goes behind the garage, please respect the landowner and ride on the trail. We will loose this trail and not have access to Odessa for fuel or food.....

  This weekend I saw people parking and unloading in the bus garage parking lot. Is this no longer an option. If not perhaps we should post signs there saying this. If any one knows Daughertys perhaps you could ask people coming from there to go toward VTO and up on the tracks by Parmenters. People are seeing their tracks and getting confused thinking it is ok to go to town that way. Just an idea and an observation. Thanks and Ride Safe and enjoy the snow.

I will ask the school. what they do not want it sleds running across the new parking lot, and loading and unloading sleds can do some damage. I expect they do not want that. I have seen sleds run over the lot and not use the new trail also.I talked to them a few days ago and mentioned we put this on the web and are doing our best to inform members. I mentioned before next year we would get together with them and come up with a plan that would work for them. That we did not want to lose the trail. I talked with Bret on this.

I think if the trailers could load so the ramps are off the lot that may work out. Lets get some ideas of how to make this work and I can arrange a meeting over the summer with the school.
